Joe Eskew, who previously served as vice president, worldwide sales for virtualization at Oracle has been named Chief Revenue Officer, and George Haddad, formerly chief human resources officer at Veritas Technologies LLC, has been named Worldwide Head of Human Resources.
Eskew has a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability at enterprise software technology and solutions companies. He brings deep field operational experience with enterprise software companies with expertise in virtualization, cloud computing, security and compliance, database and infrastructure solutions. Prior to his role at Oracle, Eskew played key roles at IBM, Xerox PARC and Citrix. Eskew will report to Chief Executive Officer PV Kannan.
Haddad has demonstrated leadership in all aspects of strategic and operational human resources with specialized experience in high-growth companies. He has a proven track record of partnering with global business leaders to build, develop and mentor critical talent to accelerate business results. He has extensive experience in building, leading and aligning HR functions and working effectively with leadership and employees at all levels of an organization. Prior to Veritas, Haddad held leadership roles at SYNNEX Concentrix Corp, Hewlett-Packard and Verisign. Haddad will report to Chief People Officer Shanmugam Nagarajan.
