360Science will be a headquartered in Austin TX, as a subsidiary of helpIT systems LTD, and lead by CEO Rob Heidenreich. Rob Heidenreich is no stranger to the company, as fifteen years ago he brought helpIT systems into the US market and grew the client base to over 600 customers. As a veteran of Bazaarvoice, Mass Relevance and Spredfast - he is also not a stranger to the Austin community.
The creation of 360Science is driven by three things.
