Created by founder/co-host Kevin E. West and Presented by The Actors' Network (www.actors-network.com), the annual tournament benefits the Melanoma Research Foundation (www.melanoma.org) to uphold the memory and spirit of friend and actor, Kerry Daveline.  Over the past seven years the tournament has garnered extraordinary support and was named one of the Top Ten Celebrity Golf Tournaments in Southern California by Southland Golf Magazine.

In 2008, Hack n' Smack initiated the Warrior Award in honor of the memory of Nate Bloom; an award which celebrates the courageous and ongoing battle with Melanoma.  Our 2010 Warrior Award recipient is Ms. Allie MacKay (KTLA Morning Show) and our 2010 Honoree for his service to the event, is Mr. Aaron Postil (End It Ent.).
