NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Rose Alley Magazine was launched on 1st October 2015 with the aim of becoming the inspiration engine for young Asian women. Rose Alley Magazine is a monthly digital magazine, which will release on the second of each month. We are excited to bring a fresh voice that breaks common stereotypes and includes content that inspires our readers.

Equality, diversity and balance are the buzzwords in the corporate environment. It is estimated by Catalyst that women will need to work more than 70 additional days each year to catch up to men; and it is also estimated that by 2020, minorities will make up over half of the US population. Under the confluence of minority and female equality discussions throughout the nation, embracing diversity is one monumental step for firms to secure their chance among the increasingly fierce talent and sales battles. In order to better understand the gender and ethnicity gaps and the programs in place in various  large organizations, Rose Alley launched Rose Watch in its December '15 issue. This section aims at bringing a comparative study of the diversity and inclusion programs adopted at major companies in the United States – especially ones tailored for Asian and female talents - employees in particular. 

By now Rose Alley has presented in-depth findings on some leading companies in financial services and IT industries. These findings include the companies' programs, policies and trends in recruiting, developing and compensating women and minorities. Rose Alley aims at continuing this study on major companies in key industries in honor of the following mission:
