This year's event, which takes place April 30-May 1 at the Boulder County Fairgrounds, draws more than 5,000 curious children, teens, parents, and educators.

STEAM Workshop
In addition to experiences, there will be dozens of hands-on classes and workshops. April 30, 2:00 pm: Dr. Tony Wagner, bestselling author and Expert in Residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab. His bestselling books include, The Global Achievement Gap, Creating Innovators and Most Likely to Succeed.
May 1, 11 am: Award-winning astrophysicist/author Jeffrey Bennett brings his 2016 "global warming tour" to STEAM Fest.
April 30th and May 1st – Drone races and demonstrations – get connected to trends and innovations in this emerging new technology.
