SEATTLE, March 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The core principle of We Got This is to put the personal back into, or perhaps into for the first time, tech support. There is one thought that drives our company: creating an ally for people to turn to when they need help with technology, whether it be constantly changing software versions, not being able to communicate with call centers, or a general feeling of being beaten down by their devices instead of free to love them.
This core value has guided every step of the creation of both the company and the design for our new app. The premise of the app is simple: the user will scroll through the photos of available techs to choose who they feel comfortable working with, and then with a click be connected for a face-to-face video chat to explain their problem. They will also be able to use their back camera to show the problem to the tech instead of just describing it. If the user's favorite tech is not currently available there will be multiple functions built in to help them easily connect at a later time.
Our hope is that each user will build a connection with their tech. We will offer product purchasing advice, but we will not sell anything, because it is time for there to be a place that people can turn to for help with their technology, that does not have a separate agenda. Every call should provide the customer with a sense of being both supported and empowered, because our goal is to take the stress out of technology.
We are currently in need of funds to turn the wireframes for our app into reality. For more information, please visit our crowdfund at: http://fundable.com/we-got-this-1.
