A New Era of Intelligence is Coming with the Success of 19th CTHF Smart City Expo

SHENZHEN, China, Dec. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On November 21, the 19th China Hi-Tech Fair Smart City Exhibition organized jointly by National Information Center and International Data Group (IDG) was rounded off at Hall 6 of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. This exhibition was held with the ideal purpose of shaping a new smart generation, bringing together advanced solutions, latest products, cutting-edge technologies and innovative ideas about Smart City from home and abroad. The exhibition attracted more than 350,000 visitors in six days and also over 200 domestic and overseas media reported on this grand event. During the exhibition, Smart City Exposition has drawn broad attention from a great number of government officials, such as Wan Gang, vice chairman of the CPPCC and Minister of Science and Technology; Liang Zhenying, vice chairman of the CPPCC; Cheng Xiaobo, director of National Information Center, and Wang Weizhong, secretary of Shenzhen Municipal Committee. They visit the Smart City Exposition and experience the charm of the latest technology. Also, representatives from Germany, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and the Republic of Tatarstan came to the fair with the delegation.

Seven featured zones were set with more than 100 exhibitors commonly displaying all aspects of technologies and solutions, including urban planning and management, communications and information, security and emergency and cloud computing. Meanwhile, frontier smart products including big data, internet of things, mobile applications and smart hardware were displayed. It is worth mentioning that a series of pioneer enterprises like Huawei, China Electronics Branch, ZTE, Foxconn, Ping An Science and Technology, National Technology, Tung Technology, Shenzhen Tyky Technology, Tian An Digital launched advanced smart technologies and devices, like Urban Command Center, 5G, artificial intelligence and smart finance. Meanwhile, a quantity of concepts and achievements of new smart city were collectively demonstrated involving aspects of planning, management and digital transformation and so on.
