AAR CORP. Files Replacement Shelf Registration
WOOD DALE, Ill., May 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR) announced that it has filed a "shelf" registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This replaces the Company's previously filed shelf registration statement, which expired in December 2011 and includes the registration for the sale of common stock, preferred stock or debt securities.
The Company currently has no plan to issue any securities under the registration statement and the terms of any future offering pursuant to the registration statement would be established at the time of the offering.
