Jeans, will lead the newly-formed TideSmart West as President/CEO. The announcement was made by TideSmart Global's President and CEO Stephen Woods.

Carpenter most recently served as the CEO of ACV Consulting, advising global brands and technology startups on brand strategy, digital marketing, ecommerce, user experience, sales, and demand generation. He was also the Chief Customer Officer and co-founder of HubNami, a social media intelligence platform for global retailers. At The North Face, Carpenter helped transform the marketing, digital, and sustainability teams into a digitally-focused, global demand creation engine and served as a key member of the executive team that grew The North Face from $1B to $2B in five years.
