AB Announces January 31, 2016 Assets Under Management

NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AllianceBernstein L.P. ("AB") and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. ("AB Holding") (NYSE: AB) today announced that preliminary assets under management decreased to $456 billion during January 2016 from $467 billion at the end of December. The 2.4% decline was largely driven by market depreciation, though total net flows were negative. By channel, net flows were positive in Institutions and Private Wealth and negative in Retail.
