Concierge Auctions to conduct Maui's first ultra-luxury property auction

Thus far 4 bidders are registered for the auction, and an opening bid is in place. The property is currently listed for $15.9 million, and bidding will begin at $9.5 million. Originally scheduled for May 12, the adjusted auction date will allow the registered bidders additional time to conduct due diligence on the property and will also enable new bidders to become involved. The sale is being conducted in cooperation with listing agent Mary Anne Fitch of Maui Estates International LLC.
