Abt SRBI Ranked among Top 25 Global Survey Research Firms by Honomichl

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  Abt SRBI, the survey research arm of Abt Associates, was ranked as the 19^th largest global survey firm in the latest Honomichl Global Top 25 Report.

Abt SRBI was ranked as the 14^th largest U.S. survey research firm in an earlier Honomichl top 50 ranking of U.S. survey firms. Abt/Abt SRBI had $127 million in U.S. survey research revenue and $158 million in worldwide survey research revenues in 2011. This represents a 47 percent increase in U.S. survey research revenue in 2011 compared to the previous year. Global research revenues were up 22 percent.  

Honomichl, a widely respected research industry observer, has been publishing these rankings for more than 35 years. To qualify for the listing, each firm must submit to third-party verification of calendar-year revenues from market research and other survey operations. The global ranking is published in the latest issue of Marketing News.
