AC Global Risk Announces Leadership Appointments

SAN FRANCISCO, March 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- AC Global Risk ("AC Global" or the "Company"), an innovative developer and provider of technology-based risk assessment tools intended to reduce the impact of internal and external human-based risk, today announced additions to the Company's management team and advisors to the board.

AC Global announced the appointments of Charles A. Ferer as Chief Financial Officer, Bill Falk as Chief Revenue Officer and Jules Ehrlich as Chief Product Officer:

• Mr. Ferer brings deep expertise in technology, analytics and data-driven companies and more than 30 years of financial leadership experience to AC Global, including over a decade serving in the Chief Financial Officer role. He most recently acted as Interim CFO at RetailNext, where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, capital-raising and accounting functions. Prior to that, he served as CFO at PagerDuty, where he oversaw accounting, business operations, financial planning and capital-raising functions, and grew revenues from $12 million to $51 million. Mr. Ferer previously held a succession of CFO and management roles at start-up companies and spent the first 14 years of his career serving in various positions at multibillion dollar companies including Kraft, Pepsi and The Gap.
• Mr. Falk joins AC Global with more than 25 years of leadership experience as a Chief Revenue Officer and sales executive in the software, technology and information security industries. Most recently, he served as CRO at Infrascale, Inc., where he was responsible for key partnerships and business-to-business relationships, realigned the company's go-to-market strategy and created a new onboarding process to improve productivity. Prior to that, he was CRO at Datto, Inc., where he developed a global go-to-market plan, rebuilt the sales and marketing infrastructure, implemented a subscription sales program and transitioned the company to a performance-based structure. Mr. Falk previously held sales, marketing and business development positions of increasing responsibility at various technology companies.
• Mr. Ehrlich brings deep enterprise software expertise and a strong record of leading, building and scaling SaaS and software organizations. He most recently served as President of MindTickle, where he led the go-to-market strategy for a new software category and built enterprise teams for sales, marketing, channels, customer success, support and professional services while overseeing the business shift from a horizontal to vertical focus. Mr. Ehrlich previously held positions of increasing responsibility at Apptus and CA Technologies, where he was responsible for functions including go-to-market strategy, product concept, design and engineering, sales and marketing, operations, support and customer success.
