AC Milan and prominent attorney Joumana Kayrouz kick off world class soccer tournament in Michigan this weekend
DETROIT, Dec. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Young future soccer stars will be competing in an international challenge hosted by one of the sport's greatest teams, AC Milan, this weekend in Pontiac, Michigan co-hosted by prominent Michigan accident attorney Joumana Kayrouz who is a presenting sponsor.
AC Milan (Associazione Calcio Milan) is one of the world's most famous football clubs, founded in Italy in 1899, said local organizer and AC Milan Marketing Director AJ Kreiss. The football club has won four world titles, more than any other team and is considered the most successful football club in the world.
Kayrouz will be presenting opening remarks at the ceremonies Friday and trophies to the winners Sunday.

AC Milan officials said that more than 1,355 kids in more than 34 teams will participate in the AC Milan "Audi Cup" competition and tournament this weekend Friday, December 28 and Sunday, December 30.
Kayrouz noted that AC Milan has academies in Dubai, Hong Kong and Sydney and has launched a team tournament in Michigan called "AC Milan Detroit." AC Milan is looking forward to building its new club, a fourth soccer academy, located in Michigan.
"We start training in January and we will begin offering a local tournament now at the Ultimate Soccer Arenas in Pontiac, the first indoor soccer tournament in the world," Kreiss said.
The schedule features: Opening ceremonies at 5:30 pm at the Ultimate Soccer Arenas, 867 S. Boulevard East, Pontiac; and, Closing Ceremonies at 3 pm Sunday also at the Ultimate Soccer Arenas, followed by the Detroit Pistons game at 7:30 pm at the Palace of Auburn Hills, 6 Championship Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
In addition to the backing of Joumana Kayrouz, the tournament weekend features support from Vespa of Dearborn, Josef's Pastry Shop, Audi and Audi Detroit dealers, Roma Sposa Altier Bridal, Redsmoke, Marriott and Michigan Bucks Soccer.
