ACA International Introduces Robert L. Foehl As Vice President And General Counsel

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collections Professionals, is pleased to introduce Robert L. Foehl as vice president and general counsel. Foehl is responsible for managing ACA Legal Affairs, including compliance.

Prior to joining ACA, Foehl spent nine years helping lead retail giant Target's legal, corporate compliance and ethics practices.  Previous professional experience includes serving in legal, compliance and consumer affairs capacities at U.S. Bancorp, Piper Jaffray , eFunds Corporation, and the Federal Reserve.  He is a recognized expert and frequent public speaker on financial services and collections law.

Foehl and his family live in St. Paul, Minn.  He received his Juris Doctor from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
