Access Health Services Selects Vital Data Technology's Affinitē™ Platform for Affiliated Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans Nationwide

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Vital Data Technology, LLC, an emerging  innovator in artificial intelligence and advanced analytics for health plan performance, today announced Access Health Services selected the Affinitē™ platform's integrated care coordination, HCC risk adjustment, HEDIS® quality management and provider alignment modules for affiliated Medicare Advantage health plans.  This decision expands the organization's relationship with Vital Data Technology.  Superior Select Health Plans, an Access Health Services affiliate, will be the first of several to deploy the Affinitē™ platform in the next 90 days.

Access Health Services, an Arkansas based Managed Services Organization (MSO), now provides Affinitē™ modules including: Affinitē™ Quality, Affinitē™ PlanLink , Affinitē™ ProviderLink and Affinitē™ Risk, otherwise cost-prohibitive to up-and-coming Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (SNP).  The Affinitē™ platform provides: HEDIS^® management for care-gap closure; submission and compliance; payer and provider alignment for quality improvement; risk adjustment for HCC optimization; and care coordination for better member outcomes.
