The impressive additions to the Accolade leadership team are SVP of Product Marketing Todd Clardy, SVP of Strategic Sales and Platform Tim FitzGerald, VP of Development Drew Garner, Chief Security Information Officer Michael McGee, SVP of Development Harish Naidu, VP of Product Operations Steve Thompson, and Chief Marketing Officer Jerame Thurik. Accolade is actively recruiting nearly 50 positions in Seattle, including many product and technology positions to be part of a new green field team that will build the Accolade cloud platform. New Executive Team Leaders

Todd Clardy, Senior Vice President of Product
Todd is responsible for Product Marketing at Accolade. He joins Accolade from Concur, where he held a variety of leadership roles most recently Senior Vice President of Global Marketing. Todd is an experienced software professional with over 23 years in the software and technology industry. Todd earned his BA in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.

Tim Fitzgerald. Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales and Platform
Filling a new role at Accolade, Tim is responsible for the sales of Accolade's services to the country's largest companies. He also leads Accolade's business partnerships strategy, a critical function as the company develops its services and technology platform. Tim is an experienced software executive who held various leadership roles at Concur, most recently serving as SVP of Global Business Development. Prior to Concur, Tim held various management positions at Computer Associates. Tim earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Drew Garner, Vice President of Development
Drew is establishing Accolade's office in Prague and serving in a key leadership role helping to build out Accolade's product & technology team. Working as an expat American for Concur, he grew Concur's Prague operations from a small satellite office to a 300+ employee operation, which included some of Concur's best performing product teams. Drew's nearly two decades experience in the online services space includes positions ranging from Principal Network/CDN Architect to Senior Director of Services Architecture to Director for Information Security. Drew earned his BS in Management of Information Systems from Central Washington University.

Mike McGee, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Mike McGee leads the delivery of comprehensive security capabilities and policies that protect Accolade customer, client and company information. He joins Accolade from Expedia, where he held the role of Director of Security Engineering and Compliance. Mike received his BS in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and his MBA in Finance from the Naval Post Graduate School. He performed nine years of service with the Navy before entering the private sector.

Harish Naidu, Senior Vice President of Development
Harish brings more than 20 years of software industry product development experience to Accolade, where he is responsible for building out and leading the company's product capabilities. Prior to joining Accolade, Harish was at Microsoft for 22 years, where he served as General Manager for several key products and initiatives. Most recently, Harish was Executive Vice President at Globalscholar/Scantron. Harish received his BE in Electronics and Communications from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai and his MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University at Buffalo.

Steve Thompson, VP Product Operations
Steve serves as the executive operations lead for Accolade's product organization. His efforts include product strategy definition and alignment, setting and driving the operational rhythm, Agile and Lean development practices, coordinating development efforts across offices, overseeing critical product process, communication efforts, and establishing and reporting on core success metrics. Prior to joining Accolade, Steve ran operations at Concur and Microsoft's Server and Tools Business. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington.

Jerame Thurik, Chief Marketing Officer
Jerame is responsible for leading and executing Accolade's marketing strategy. Most recently, Jerame served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Concur, where he held marketing, sales, account management and general manager leadership roles for more than 15 years. Jerame earned his BS in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from Washington State University.
