AccountNow® Lawsuit Dismissed
SAN RAMON, Calif., May 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Jones, CEO of AccountNow, Inc., today announced that its lawsuit with Unirush had been dismissed. In February 2012 Unirush, LLC filed a lawsuit against AccountNow, Inc. in federal court in Ohio, relating to certain Internet marketing practices pertaining to Unirush's trademarks. The parties have resolved the matter by mutual agreement and the lawsuit has been dismissed.
