GORREDIJK, The Netherlands, November 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
Koelstra and Little Company, both originally strong traditional Dutch brands, have agreed to join forces and further develop their combined position within the international baby products industry.
Jan Arend Koelstra of Koelstra and Marc Ernst of Little Company, after months of intensive consultations, have made a strategic decision to continue further under one flag. The premise has been that both exclusive brands continue to exist on their own and retain their unique characters.
What will it be?
Koelstra has bought Little Company. Koelstra will allow the brand Little Company to exist as it does currently. Distribution, development, production and sales will move to Koelstra's headquarters in Gorredijk, where these activities will be continued and enhanced in an equal manner.
About Little Company

About Koelstra
Koelstra, founded in 1934, develops, produces and sells prams and buggies. Its headquarters and distribution centre are located in Gorredijk. Their entire product range is marketed throughout Europe.
By the acquisition of Little Company, Koelstra strengthens its position in the international baby products industry.
