MONCTON, New Brunswick, Feb. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Action Car and Truck Accessories, a leading distributor and retailer of automotive aftermarket accessories in Eastern Canada, announces that they have acquired CTP Distributors/Custom Truck Parts Inc. of Western Canada.

The combination of Action Car and Truck Accessories and CTP Distributors Inc. creates a leader like no other in the automotive aftermarket accessory industry. The strategic union will enhance the company's competitive positioning within the wholesale, retail and fleet upfitting sectors while offering more choices and greater convenience.
