AdamAndEve.com Celebrates Another Year Of Contributions

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- In line with the record-breaking 2012 Adam & Eve (www.AdamAndEve.com/news) recently celebrated, America's most trusted source for adult products is happy to announce it also made many charitable donations. The adult products company donated to over 80 non-profit organizations during the year, with donations totaling more than $80,000.

With large contributions to Planned Parenthood, Duke Hospice, the American Heart Association and the Sexual Health Education Chair at the University of Minnesota Medical School, and smaller ones to local schools and organizations, AdamAndEve.com rounded out the year with its annual drives for Thanksgiving meals and the Angel Tree program headed up by Orange County Social Services.

Along with corporate contributions, Adam & Eve employees helped too. A large portion of the $80,000 was raised by employees of Adam & Eve at various fundraisers through the year. Also, since the company matches contributions raised or given by employees, their efforts were doubled. Donations were given to non-profit groups spanning from international and national, to locally-based.

In addition to financial contributions, employees continued to donate their time and efforts for many physical causes. Some have become a regular part of Adam & Eve's community services like Meals on Wheels, Adopt a Highway, blood drives, and condom donations to health service centers.
