(Adamas), a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "ADMS" on April 10, 2014. In addition, Adamas has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from Adamas at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on April 15, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse and Piper Jaffray are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. William Blair and Needham & Company are acting as co-managers.
