This month's question from the 2012 "Great American Sex Survey" involves how many American adults actually engage in threesomes.

Of the 1,000 American adults asked if they have ever engaged in a menage a trois, 19% admitted they had.

The web-based survey, conducted by an independent third party survey company, of over 1,000 American adults age 18 and up, was sponsored by Adam & Eve to study sexual preferences and practices.
