AdCare Subsidiary Will Manage Grady's Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center
ATLANTA, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE MKT: ADK), (NYSE MKT: ADK.PRA), a leading long-term care provider, today announced that it has signed a new management agreement with Grady Health System to manage its Crestview Health and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility that has 388 licensed beds and is located just south of downtown Atlanta. A subsidiary of AdCare will provide support services to Crestview including a licensed nursing home administrator.
