Adecco Staffing USA Debuts Expanded Service Model in Inland Empire
Company Pilots New Staffing Structure, Featuring Enhanced Onsite Programs and New Hubsite Service
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- As the Inland Empire continues to host a prolific business climate, Adecco Staffing USA, the nation's leading provider of recruitment and workforce solutions, today announced the pilot of a new service model tailored to the area's unique workforce needs. In addition to the company's existing network of traditional branches dedicated to the region, its expanded service structure will further optimize employment solutions through the enhancement of current onsite programs, as well as the debut of a new hubsite service and the opening of two hubsite locations in Santa Fe Springs and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
"A successful organization depends on great people, and as job numbers in the Inland Empire continue to climb, recruiting top talent is crucial," said Joyce Russell, president, Adecco Staffing USA. "Our goal with this new service model is to stretch our footprint and hone in on our employer and candidate relationships so that we can keep engaging the best talent in the Inland Empire."
Through onsite programs, an Adecco recruitment team is solely dedicated to one company's staffing needs, seamlessly integrating into a company's internal hiring team to align on overall staffing strategy for the business. With the restructure of Adecco's service model, Inland Empire companies will receive additional onsite support, with new team members added to each recruitment team to help build out more comprehensive staffing plans as the area continues to grow.
Like Adecco's existing branches and onsite programs, Adecco's new hubsite service will be dedicated to identifying and placing top talent. While branches focus on recruitment for many small and medium-sized businesses and onsites focus on fully integrating with one business at a time, hubsites will be committed to four to six businesses through a collaborative, high-touch approach to staffing needs. Each hubsite team will include a hubsite manager, client support manager, client support specialists and recruiters.
"We are proud to support the advancement of the Inland Empire through our work with many of its strongest and largest companies," said Kristy Willis, senior vice president, Adecco Staffing USA. "We look forward to seeing this pilot program grow alongside the region and potentially bringing it to other markets across the country."
