LOS ANGELES, May 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, AdExcite reported that its video advertising network grew to 67 million unique visitors in April as reported by comScore. That marks a 35% increase in unique monthly visitors since January 2012. AdExcite added 150 web publisher partners in April. It now serves over 400 premium content-rich web sites with sales and delivery of digital video advertisements.

AdExcite's vSlider video ad unit is becoming a preferred format for delivering video ads on standard web pages. The vSlider is designed to create a better user experience than pre-roll video ads by not blocking the view of the page users are coming to see. The unit slides in on the lower right corner of the page and is only displayed once per user per day. "The vSlider unit doesn't block visitors from seeing the content they came for.
