The partnership blends the best-in-class adherence services offered by Adheris with Allscripts Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and enables physicians to print and deliver – at the point of care – information that helps patients.  This may include the medication name, indication, correct usage, pharmacy address where the e-prescription was sent and filled and the importance of taking the medication as prescribed.

Customized follow-up communications also can be sent by the physician via email, mail or via patient portal to remind patients to stay on their prescribed course of therapy.
