Aergen Management Services Makes Senior Level Appointments
BELLEVUE, Wash., March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Aergen Management Services recently made several senior appointments including Heinz Westen as Chief Financial Officer, Michael Barry as Chief Marketing Officer and Tom Kaluza as Senior Vice President.

Chief Executive Officer, Robert J. Genise, who previously served as CEO of both DAE Capital ("DAE") and Boullioun Aviation Services stated, "I am delighted to have assembled a highly experienced management team with a deep set of industry relationships and a long track record of success in the industry."
Dr. Westen brings over 25 years of experience in aviation finance to his role as CFO. He most recently served as CFO of Dubai Aerospace Enterprises where he worked with Mr. Genise to grow the business into an industry leading lessor. During his time at DAE, Dr. Westen managed all administrative, financial, and tax aspects related to the acquisition and operations of the fleet. Before that, Dr. Westen worked in the aviation industry for more than 14 years at various leasing entities including as Boullioun Aviation Services, LTU International Airways, and WestLB. Dr.Westen holds a Magna Cum Laude Doctorate in German Anti-Trust Law, passed the German State and Bar Examination with honors, and is qualified to practice German Law.
Mr. Kaluza has been active in the aircraft leasing industry for over 20 years and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for DAE Capital Advisors. Prior to his time at DAE, Mr. Kaluza worked for Boullioun Aviation Services in multiple positions across the marketing and finance functions. Mr. Kaluza holds an MBA in Finance from Arizona State University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Montana.
Mr. Barry has spent 30 years serving in a number of roles across the aircraft finance and leasing industries. His most recent position was with DAE Capital where he played an instrumental role in building a major aircraft portfolio. He has also held positions with Boullioun, Singapore Aircraft Leasing Enterprise (now BOCA), and GPA Group. Mr. Barry was born in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Limerick University.
