Affirmed Networks Selected by TELUS to Support Internet of Things Communications Service Offerings
ACTON, Mass., Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Affirmed Networks, the leader in virtualized mobile networks, today announced that it has been selected by TELUS, Canada's fastest growing national telecommunications provider, to support the delivery of their innovative Internet of Things (IoT) service offerings.
As these types of new services are introduced, the challenge for operators lies in economically scaling to address the influx of traffic from IoT interactions across their networks. Meeting these demands enables operators to capitalize on a large and profitable market of increased connections and value-added services designed specifically for IoT applications.
