AFSCME District Council 47 President Cathy Scott to testify to City Council on City Worker Poverty Study

PHILADELPHIA, April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- AFSCME DC 47 President Cathy Scott will return to City Council to focus Council's attention on a recent Temple University Report demonstrating that the number of city workers living below the poverty line has doubled since Mayor Michael Nutter took office.
