Located in the Sao Paulo office, Rosa will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and business development for Agile-1 across Central and South America.

Rosa brings more than 20 years of relevant experience to her role with Agile-1 having previously held executive leadership positions with global and large multi-national companies such as IBM, HP, Reuters, TeleTech, Stream Global Services and Sykes. Her achievement in these roles demonstrates a strong track record of delivering the aggressive market share gains, profit and revenue growth that will position the company for growth as it expands globally.
Rosa earned her bachelors in administration/system analysis from Faculdades Associadas de Sao Paulo (FASP) in Sao Paulo. This accomplishment was followed by a MBA in business administration from New Mexico State University and an executive MBA from Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado.
