AirTran Airways Launches 'It's Not Too Late To Save On Fall Travel' Sale!
DALLAS, Oct. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AirTran Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV), launched a fare sale today for travel to select destinations. Sale fares are available for purchase today through Oct. 6, 2011, 11:59 p.m. PDT, for travel beginning Oct. 14, 2011, through Dec. 21, 2011 (blackout dates apply), with a required 10-day advance purchase. Lowest sale fares are valid for domestic travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with additional sale fares available on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Travelers may purchase these sale fares at www.airtran.com, from their local travel agent, or via AirTran Airways' reservations system at 1-800-AIR-TRAN. For reservations in Spanish, call 1-877-581-9842.

All fares are one-way. Fares shown do not include Airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip. The September 11th security fee of up to $10 roundtrip is not included. Fares do not include segment taxes of $3.70 per segment. A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing.
