Alamo Drafthouses in Virginia are Offering All Federal Employees Free Movies Monday Through Thursday this Month

ASHBURN, Va. and CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. and WINCHESTER, Va. and WOODBRIDGE, Va., Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Woodbridge, Loudoun, Charlottesville and Winchester are offering all Federal Employees Free Movies throughout the month of January to help cure the Government Shutdown blues! Stop by Alamo Woodbridge, Alamo Ashburn, Alamo Charlottesville or Alamo Winchester Monday - Thursday in January for one FREE ticket with a Federal ID. Government employees affected by the shutdown are eligible for one free ticket per day while the promotion lasts.

Regardless of what side of the aisle you're on, we can all agree on one thing - movies are awesome! To help ease the minds and pockets of the Federal Employees that live in the areas neighboring the Alamo Drafthouse Northern Virginia locations, Alamo is happy to offer one (1) free ticket per day to federal employees throughout the month of January, or until the government shutdown is over. The free ticket is only for the federal employee, not guests, and must be redeemed with a valid Federal ID.

The free movie ticket is valid for any new or current release (ex. Aquaman, The Favourite) and CANNOT be used towards any specialty programming (Advance Screenings, Movie Parties, Afternoon Tea, etc.). The free movie ticket is only valid Monday - Thursday at the box office starting on January 8 through the end of the month. Hopefully, the Shutdown is over by then!
