Founded in 2009 by designer Andrea Lieberman, A.L.C. is a ready-to-wear brand. The eponymous collection delivers a refined canon of essentials through sophisticated, yet considered pieces.

The investment in A.L.C. is the second fashion partnership for InterLuxe. InterLuxe partnered with the New York-based fashion brand Jason Wu in September 2014.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The Sage Group, LLC and Buchalter Nemer served as advisors to A.L.C.. StoneCastle Securities, LLC served as exclusive placement agent to InterLuxe.
Born and raised in New York City, Andrea Lieberman graduated from Parsons School of Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion, and in 2011 was recognized for her achievements when she was accepted into the CFDA. A.L.C. has been recognized as a leader in advanced contemporary design. The collection continues to be a top performer at leading retailers, including Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Intermix, Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Matches.
InterLuxe is a New York-based brand platform that seeks to partner with growing, high potential fashion and luxury brands. InterLuxe was founded by Gary Wassner, who serves as Chairman of InterLuxe and Cliff Moskowitz, who serves as President of InterLuxe. Mr. Wassner has advised and financed fashion brands for over 35 years as CEO of Hilldun Corporation. Mr. Moskowitz has prior investing and operating experience in the private equity industry. Management of InterLuxe is led by CEO Melissa Beste, a fashion executive with prior leadership experience at Akris, Alexander McQueen, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Eddie Volchko, the CFO of InterLuxe, was previously the CFO of Derek Lam and Badgley Mischka.
