CHICAGO, March, 29, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Creative Group, Inc., (http://www.AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (PINKSHEETS: ACGX) is pleased to announce the results of Operations for the Three Months Ended December 31, 2011 and the total Annual results for 2011.

Revenues for the three months ending December 31, 2011 ("Fourth Quarter 2011") were $2,450,721 bringing the total 2011 Revenues to $9,095,127.  Gross Profits for the three months ending December 31, 2011 ("Fourth Quarter 2011") were $698,797 bringing the total 2011 Gross Profits to $2,376,729.

Net Incomes for the three months ending December 31, 2011 ("Fourth Quarter 2011") were $252,615 bringing the total Net Income for 2011 to $785,231. 

The total assets of the Alliance Creative Group as of 12/31/11 were $4,672,523.  The total outstanding common shares as of March 28, 2011 are still 8,554,746 with 8,415,221 of those shares in the float.  No shares have been issued in over 6 months.
