Alliance Distributors Announces Date of Annual Shareholder Meeting
NEW YORK, Aug. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. (Pink Sheets: ADTR), a distributor of interactive video games and gaming products, today announced that the annual meeting of shareholders is scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 10am eastern time, at the company's offices at 1160 Commerce Avenue, Bronx, New York.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2011 will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
