Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. Reports September 30, 2010 Financial Results and Investor Conference Call

NEW YORK, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. (Pink Sheets: ADTR), a distributor of interactive video games and gaming products, today announced its financial results for the three month period ended September 30, 2010.

Net sales for the three months ended September 30, 2010 decreased 27% to $11.2 million from $15.4 million in the three months ended September 30, 2009.  Net income for the three months ended September 30, 2010 was $4,000, compared to $115,000 for the comparable period in 2009.
