(NYSE: AWF), a closed-end management investment company, declared on this date, September 28, 2010, a monthly distribution of $0.10 per share of Common Stock, payable October 22, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2010.  Ex date will be October 6, 2010.
