Alta Verde Group Completes Three Regional Developments In Coachella Valley

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Sept. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Beverly Hills based residential real estate development firm Alta Verde Group (AVG) is rapidly expanding its portfolio of regional properties -- the company has just revealed its intentions to forward major acquisitions in 2013.

"In 2013, the company plans to include new acquisitions in prime urban markets in keeping with the heritage of Class A residential developments," said David Kivitz, Vice President of Acquisitions.

This comes on the heels of the addition of three premier master plan residential developments in the Coachella Valley region. The company already closed on land contracts for approximately 300 homes for development this year.

AVG programmed more than $200 million in development in the region, specifically for the completion of three modern communities: Escena Golf Resort and Monte Sereno in Palm Springs, and Coral Mountain in La Quinta by PGA West. Both Palm Springs developments are currently pre-selling and Coral Mountain is expected to begin pre-sales in November.
