PHOENIX, June 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Altitude Organic Corporation (Pinksheets:ERBB), a leading national, publicly-traded medical marijuana company, is pleased to announce the company has targeted Flagstaff, Arizona to launch its first retail Sundance Hydroponics horticulture equipment store (www.SundanceHydroponics.com).  The company has located interested investors in Flagstaff, AZ and terms are currently under negotiation.  Subject to finalizing terms, Sundance Hydroponics, a company that is 50% owned by Altitude Organic Corporation, would stock a significant portion of the initial equipment inventory and take a partial Corporate ownership position in the flagship retail store.  The company will now begin to identify suitable real estate in the area for the storefront.  The company will also begin soliciting potential Phoenix and Tucson storeowners going forward.

Updating the negotiated buyout of Altitude Organic Medicine's second location in Colorado Springs.  Aaron Bluse, Director of Retail Operations, has chosen to target expansion via acquisition in variant markets in Colorado.  The second Altitude Organic location in Colorado Springs is located less the 1.5 miles from his store and a high number of businesses are competing for the same medical patients in the area.  The second Altitude Organic location is currently for up for sale.
