AmBase Reports Third Quarter and Nine Months Results

GREENWICH, Conn., Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AmBase Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ABCP) (the "Company") announced today a net loss of $418,000 or $0.01 per share and $1,509,000 or $0.04 per share for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2010, respectively.

For the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009, the Company recorded a net loss of $491,000 or $0.01 per share and $1,865,000 or $0.04 per share respectively.
