HOUSTON, Sept. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Amcrest's new ProHD camera features stunning full-HD 1080p video at 30 frames-per-second (FPS) with the latest Amberella S2LM chipset and Sony IMX 322 sensor, which deliver crystal clear, rich video to any computer or smartphone. With 1920x1080 resolution at 30fps every level of detail is captured.

The ProHD includes an array of smart features; a remarkably wide viewing angle of 90 degrees (most IP cameras have 70), remote pan-tilt functions from a computer or smartphone app, intelligent digital zoom which doesn't pixelate video, 12 infrared LEDs for night vision up to 32 feet plus two-way audio via built-in speaker and mic.

Amcrest is bundling in its new cloud service, which offers users live viewing and up to 4-hours of free-recorded video. Additional plans start at $6.00 a month for up to 30-days of storage. If users don't want to use the optional cloud service, they can utilize other storage options including a MicroSD card, FTP, a NAS, onto a local computer, or using any Amcrest NVR (not included).
