America Voice LLC, acquires 40% Interest in Oh My Card
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- America Voice LLC, announced today that it has agreed to acquire 40% of Cronion, S.A. Subsidiary Oh My Card ("OMC") of Guatemala City. Through OMC's new affiliation with America Voice, customers in the US will now be able to electronically send their families gift cards which can be used specifically at any of OMC's network of retailers in Guatemala. According to The Multilateral Investment Fund (OMIN) —member of the Inter-American Development Bank— Guatemala has the second largest remittance income in Latin America, with $5.1 billion dollars in 2013, or 9.5% of its GDP.
