American Axle & Manufacturing Announces Management Changes
DETROIT, Nov. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. (AAM), today announced the following officer and executive appointments:
David A. Culton has been named president, AAM – Europe. Previously, he served as AAM's vice president, Commercial prior to assuming his current position.
John E. Jerge has been named president, AAM – Americas. Jerge previously served as AAM's vice president, Materials, Logistics and Labor Relations.
Inacio N. Moriguchi has been appointed vice president, Operations - AAM – Americas. Moriguchi previously served as executive director, AAM Manufacturing System.
Kevin M. Smith has been appointed vice president, Program Management & Launch. Smith previously served as executive director, Advanced Programs, Cost Reductions & Productivity.
Thomas J. Szymanski has been appointed vice president, Global Manufacturing Services. Szymanski previously served as executive director, Manufacturing Planning.
Michael C. Flynn has been appointed general manager, Aftermarket & Specialty Projects. Flynn previously served as executive director, Quality.
Terri M. Kemp has been appointed executive director, Human Resources & Labor Relations. Kemp previously served as executive director, Human Resources.
Brian M. McPartlin has been appointed executive director, Office of the President. McPartlin previously served as executive director, Commercial.
Lance Reinhard has been appointed executive director, Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Reinhard previously served as managing director, Latin America.
Richard H. Rossman has been appointed executive director, Special Projects. Rossman previously served as managing director, AAM – India.
John C. Salter has been appointed executive director, Global Sales and Americas. Salter previously served as executive director, Sales & Marketing.
William A. Smith has been appointed executive director, Strategic & Business Development – Europe. Smith previously served as managing director, AAM – Europe.
Blair J. Swanson has been appointed executive director, Project Engineering – Americas. Swanson previously served as director, Full-Frame Vehicle Engineering.
Anand M. Ganguly has been appointed co-managing director, AAM – India. Ganguly previously served as Head of Operations, AAM – India.
Francis G. Leo has been appointed co-managing director, AAM – India. Leo previously served as executive director, Strategic & Business Development.
