BETHESDA, Md., Sept. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Capital Mortgage Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: MTGE) ("MTGE" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.90 per share for the third quarter 2012. The dividend is payable on October 26, 2012 to common shareholders of record as of September 21, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of September 19, 2012.
