American DG Energy Enters Partnership with CommunityWorks to Promote Energy Systems in Over 450 Facilities
WALTHAM, Mass., Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- American DG Energy Inc. (NYSE MKT: ADGE), a leading On‑Site Utility, offering clean electricity, heat, hot water and cooling solutions to hospitality, healthcare, housing and athletic facilities, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with CommunityWorks, a division of Morrison Senior Living in Atlanta, Georgia.
Under the terms of the agreement, American DG Energy will partner with CommunityWorks, to promote and then deploy Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Chillers, Heat Pumps and other energy systems through our On-Site Utility solutions to over 450 senior living facilities across 41 states, in the Morrison Senior Living network, including some of the largest and most prominent senior living communities in the United States.
Working with CommunityWorks, American DG Energy has already reached an agreement to provide Green Hill Retirement Community in West, Orange New Jersey, electricity, heat and hot water through a 75kW CHP system which will offset 526 tons of carbon annually.

On-Site Utility
American DG Energy sells the energy produced from an onsite energy system to an individual property as an alternative to the outright sale of energy equipment. On-Site Utility customers only pay for the energy produced by the system and receive a guaranteed discount rate on the price of the energy. All system capital, installation and operating expenses are paid by American DG Energy.
