American Residential Properties, Inc. Announces Proposed Initial Public Offering

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- American Residential Properties, Inc. announced today that it intends to file a registration statement relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.  The company intends to use the proceeds of the proposed offering to fund the acquisition of single-family residential properties and other assets related to the single-family housing industry, and for other general corporate purposes.

American Residential Properties, Inc. anticipates that the shares would be sold to the public through an underwritten offering during the first quarter of 2013, subject to market conditions.
