AMETEK Declares Quarterly Dividend Of Six Cents Per Share
BERWYN, Pa., Oct. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of six cents per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2012.
The fourth quarter dividend is payable December 21, 2012, to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2012.
