AMP 150 Chefs Gather for Homecoming Dinner Chefs Dean James Max, Jeff Jarrett and Ellis Cooley to prepare Six-Course Dinner for Guests
CLEVELAND, Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- AMP 150, a Dean James Max restaurant known for offering fresh, flavorful, seasonal and creative cuisine, invites guests to a six-course Homecoming Dinner on Friday, August 23, prepared by the restaurant's founder Chef Dean James Max; Jeff Jarrett, AMP 150's current Executive Chef and Chef Ellis Cooley, who served as Executive Chef for AMP 150 between 2009 and 2011.
"This is the first time for the three of us to work together at the restaurant," said Chef Dean James Max, President of DJM Restaurants and award-winning chef. "We have been working on the menu for over a month and are excited to share it with all of our Cleveland foodies and friends at our AMP 150 Homecoming Dinner."
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres, champagne and bellinis followed by six courses served with complementing wines.

Each chef shares a commitment and passion for farm-to-table creations and will be using fresh produce and herbs from the AMP 150 garden as well as local farms and producers. Chefs Dean James Max and Jeff Jarrett are recognized as two of the Best Chefs in America, a publication of chefs recognized by other chefs and food enthusiasts for culinary excellence. Chef Ellis Cooley, currently at 3rd and 3rd in Delray Beach, was named the Best New Chef in Cleveland and credited for positioning AMP 150 as the Best New Restaurant by Cleveland Scene in 2010.
