The storage center is located at 1109 Ninth Avenue Neptune, NJ and offers indoor storage, climate controlled units, outdoor parking and a full line of boxes and packing supplies. This transaction marks the third acquisition in the past six weeks as Amsdell continues to rapidly grow its portfolio of properties under the Compass flag. On June 28, the company entered the greater Cincinnati market with the purchase of a five property portfolio. On July 12, the company purchased 5 self storage centers in the greater Memphis area. Compass also has locations throughout Florida, Michigan and Pennsylvania.
